Licensed Practical Nurses
Northern Riverview Healthcare Center is a 180‑bed skilled nursing and assisted living facility located in Haverstraw, NY, offering comprehensive short‑term rehabilitation and long‑term skilled nursing services. The facility provides panoramic views of the Hudson River and is a proud member of the Centers Health Care consortium.
Responsibilities- Collect required information from new Residents to be admitted.
- Record health details of Residents, including vitals and temperature.
- Administer medications and injections to Residents as needed.
- Treat and dress wounds as needed.
- Supervise and support Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs).
- Help Residents get dressed and take care of personal hygiene.
- Monitor Residents’ food and liquid intake and output.
- Valid LPN license.
- In good standing with the State Registry.
- Ability to work as a team member.
- Flexible full‑time and part‑time shifts.
- Union representation.
- $5,000 sign‑on bonus.
- Daily pay available through a trusted third‑party provider.
