The Customer Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance. Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Generating insurance quotes.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain client relationships with follow up phone calls.

Qualifications:

• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Great Customer Service Skills.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

Experience:

Insurance experience a plus.

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Thursday 9:00-5:00 Friday 9:00-12:00
