Regional Administrator
We are seeking a Regional Administrator for two facilities Northeast Center and Pine Valley Center.
Full-time $180,000-$220,000 salary
Primary Responsibilities- Provide operational oversight for multiple SNFs
- Coach and develop Licensed Nursing Home Administrators (LNHAs) and leadership teams.
- Ensure compliance with CMS, state Department of Health regulations, and life safety requirements.
- Improve Quality Measures (QMs), Five-Star ratings, survey outcomes, infection prevention, and resident satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including:
- Census and occupancy
- Medicare and Managed Care mix
- Labor management
- Budget performance
- Support facilities during state surveys, complaint investigations, and plans of correction.
- Lead turnaround initiatives in underperforming buildings.
- Partner with Directors of Nursing, Medical Directors, Rehabilitation, Finance, HR, and Clinical Consultants.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate Administrators and key department leaders.
- Implement corporate initiatives and standardize best practices across facilities.
- Serve as interim executive leadership during administrator vacancies.
- Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license NYS
- 5+ years of progressive SNF leadership experience.
- Successful tenure as an Administrator with strong survey and financial outcomes.
- Multi-site leadership experience preferred.
- Expertise in:
- CMS regulations
- PDPM reimbursement
- Budget management
- Quality improvement
- Census development
- Labor management
- Ability to travel extensively (often 50–80%).
