Security Guard - Healthcare Site

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of corridors, parking areas, entrances, and the property perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating with clinical staff, site leadership, and/or public emergency services as needed;
Monitor access points and visitor flow, verify identification and/or authorization when required, and help maintain orderly movement through lobbies, waiting areas, and restricted spaces;
Document patrols, incidents, and observations using written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate notable security-related information to the site supervisor and/or oncoming officers
