Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate contact;
Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations;
Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or vehicles, verify credentials when required, and support access control procedures;
Assist with site-specific utility operations support by observing equipment areas and communicating relevant information to site leadership or emergency responders when needed
