Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a utility location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of utility facilities, buildings, parking areas, perimeter fencing, gates, and other assigned areas to help identify unusual activity or conditions;
Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, contractors, delivery personnel, and visitors in accordance with site policies;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as directed;
Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately in daily activity reports and other required records
