If you’re a hands‑on accountant who enjoys full‑cycle accounting in a construction environment, you’ll feel right at home at Design Tech. In this role, you’ll take ownership of month‑end close, job cost accounting, employee payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting—playing a key role in keeping our numbers accurate, employees happy, and our projects financially on track.

You’ll support our construction operations by delivering timely, reliable financial information to leadership and working closely with operations and project teams to monitor budgets, reconcile job costs, and track performance across active and completed projects. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role for someone who enjoys understanding how projects perform financially and contributing to smarter business decisions as the company grows.

Position

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2‑4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a full‑cycle or full‑charge role
• Strong understanding of GAAP and month‑end close processes
• Proficiency with Sage accounting software and advanced Excel skills
