Property Accountant

Job Description

Salary: $110K - $115K

• Build client interactional relationships.
• Manage special analysis: balance sheet, depreciation, draws, escrow distribution etc.
• Assist in monitoring the organizations cash flow and real estate development capital needs.
• Review CAM Budgets.
• Help facilitate the tax process for all company-managed entities, which includes approximately 25 Partnerships, LLCs, and S-Corporations. Support outside CPA firms in preparing annual tax returns by providing needed schedules and other information.
• Direct all Franchise Tax filings and payments.
• Assist with project lending and oversee the draw process.
• Help develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls and increase efficiencies.

• 3-5years of property management accounting experience
• Bachelors Degree in accounting or a related field

• Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of office software packages (Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• CPA certified
  - Preferred not required.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills to assess alternatives and provide recommendations on business issues.
