Job Description
Seeking partner(s) for a Spring, Texas start‑up business in a high demand industry. The role is full‑time and requires the partner to reside nearby.
Responsibilities- Provide bookkeeping and tax filing services to small businesses and individuals.
- Maintain meticulous financial records and support the company’s financial strategy.
- Manage long‑term startup operations and collaborate with the founder to grow the bookkeeping company.
- At least 7 years of experience in bookkeeping and tax services.
- Accounting degree and CPA certification preferred.
- Proficiency with accounting software.
- Strong, consistent work history and ability to work long hours.
- Knowledge of effective marketing and fluency in Spanish are highly desired.
- Must live in the Spring, Texas area and have financial capacity to support the startup period.
Spring, Texas – candidate must live nearby. The position requires readiness to start in January–February 2025.
