Accounts Payable Clerk in Spring, TX
Are you organized, detail-driven, and ready to put your accounting skills to work? We’re hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk. If you enjoy keeping things in order, working with numbers, and collaborating with others in a fast-paced setting, we would love for you to apply with us!
Responsibilities:- Accurately process invoices and issue timely payments to vendors
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing issues
- Reconcile statements and research discrepancies
- Maintain up-to-date financial records and assist with month-end processes
- Support overall accounting functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Quick Books, and/or Sage)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of accounting principles (prior AP experience is a must)
- A positive, professional attitude and the ability to work well on a team
