Job Title – Executive Assistant
Location:
Spring, TX 77389 Salary Range: $25.76 - $26/hr
3-month assignment on W2 with a possibility for extension based on performance and budget.
IntroductionWe are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide advanced administrative and secretarial support to senior executive leadership. This role is ideal for a seasoned administrative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises strong independent judgment, and is comfortable supporting upper executive-level leaders. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to leadership and play a critical role in the day-to-day and strategic operations of the division.
RequiredSkills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of general administrative or executive support experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and college-level education
- Advanced general administrative skills with experience supporting upper executive-level employees
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple issues, projects, and competing priorities simultaneously
- Expert knowledge of administrative processes, procedures, and office operations
- Advanced software skills as required by the division (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, calendaring, presentations, reporting tools)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Skills & Qualifications
- Some college-level education (highly preferred)
- Experience supporting C-Suite executives or Senior Vice Presidents
- Experience handling extremely complex administrative assignments requiring discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to develop new administrative concepts, techniques, or processes
- Experience serving as a primary or key administrative employee within a division or organization
- Provide advanced administrative and secretarial support to upper executive-level employees
- Perform both tactical and strategic administrative tasks with a high degree of independence
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, communications, and executive priorities
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support multiple projects and administrative requirements simultaneously
- Independently determine methods and procedures for new or unique assignments
- Contribute to the development of new administrative processes and innovative solutions
- Act as a key administrative resource for the division and a primary administrative employee within the company
