This entry-level position is ideal for someone with strong 10-key data entry skills who is eager to learn utility billing processes and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Post water bills and other utility charges accurately and timely Answer incoming billing-related calls and assist customers with inquiries Process payments and maintain billing records Perform data entry using 10-key and billing software Assist with account reconciliations and adjustments Support the finance team with clerical and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

Proficient in 10-key data entry Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to learn billing systems and procedures High school diploma or equivalent required Prior experience in billing or clerical work is a plus but not required Apply online  Send resume to
