Executive Assistant – Human Resources (Houston, TX)
This hybrid role requires an average of 2 days per week on site at an HPE office.
Responsibilities- Perform tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for senior executives.
- Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and facilitate onsite and virtual HR connect opportunities.
- Prepare and edit executive presentations and expense reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for executives.
- Build relationships within HR and across the organization, and engage with external partners and stakeholders.
High school education or equivalent; some college level education preferred. Minimum of 7+ years of general administrative experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
