We are now hiring Service Technicians to work safely in various roles to meet the individual needs of the customer, ensuring that they are confident in the safety of their vehicle. PVA is seeking reliable individuals with a growth mentality, committed to customer satisfaction. This role does not require automotive experience, but customer service/sales experience are preferred.

Qualified candidates can work well in a team setting, have great communication skills, and are efficient in fast‑paced environments. A valid driver's license is strongly preferred as it ensures your career opportunities will not be limited, but not required.

The Service Technician for PVA (Jiffy Lube) is a Lube Technician that ensures our customers are confident in the safety of their vehicle by evaluating the customers' needs and performing services as required. The Service Technician may work in various positions to meet the individual needs of the customer; therefore, they are thoroughly cross‑trained in house for all roles.

• Provide impartial recommendations or options that are tailored specifically to guests' needs based on manufacturer recommendations and technicians' findings.
• Work efficiently to service the customers in a timely fashion, prioritizing safety always.
• Vacuum and sanitize interior of vehicle and clean windshield when vehicle enters.
• Perform preventative maintenance such as oil and filter change, refill fluid levels, and inspecting and replacing lights, wiper blades, brakes, and tires following J Team Service Standards (JTSS).
• Perform automotive maintenance of the engine, transmission, axles, steering and suspension, brakes, electrical, heating/air conditioning, tires, batteries, and spark plugs.
• Perform multi‑point inspection of automotive vehicles to ensure compliance to emission standards and governmental regulations and maintain detailed records of vehicles inspected as needed.
• Participate in regular on‑site and e‑learning training, and maintain compliance with Jiffy Lube safety requirements, OSHA, and state regulations.
• Participate in marketing events and promotions.
• Keep customer, inventory, and service records and participate in inventory stocking.
• Promote customer loyalty by ensuring completion of quality workmanship, reviewing services completed with guests, confirming guest satisfaction, and encouraging return at recommended intervals.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• All levels of automotive service and repair experience considered.
• Valid Driver's License strongly preferred.
• State Motor Vehicle Inspector License preferred.
• Proven face‑to‑face customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Keen listening and reasoning skills to capture guests' product needs.
• Confident in overcoming objections and not afraid of rejection.
• An energetic and positive attitude that is welcoming to guests.
• Ability to perform the responsibilities of the job.
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment while multi‑tasking.
