Crash Champions is seeking a team member to educate customers on the vehicle repair process, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value. You will complete initial estimates, write full estimates after disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates.
You will manage each repair, conduct in-process QC to meet Crash Champions standards, keep customers informed about status, pull data with Body Technicians, review for scanning, pre-close the final repair
