This position offers $75,000+ annual earning potential through hourly pay plus uncapped commission and a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends. Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a professional, customer-focused service experience
• Complete customer intake and vehicle write-ups
• Prepare and present repair estimates and recommended maintenance or repairs
• Manage repair orders from initial write-up through vehicle delivery
• Communicate with technicians to support efficient repair workflow
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Address customer questions and concerns professionally
• Work toward established sales and gross-profit performance goals

Qualifications

• 3+ years of current or recent Automotive Service Advisor experience
• Automotive industry experience in a dealership or independent repair shop
• Bilingual communication skills required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage customer concerns professionally
• Experience using automotive shop management software

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000+ annual earning potential
• Hourly pay plus uncapped commission
