Exxon Mobil's state‑of‑the‑art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors. By bringing many global functional groups together, the campus provides employees with the tools and capabilities needed today, and in the future, to achieve business objectives and accelerate the discovery of new resources, technologies and products.

We are seeking a results‑oriented Sr. Business Development Manager who will drive strategic growth, expand market presence and secure large‑scale enterprise opportunities globally for our groundbreaking Proxxima™ thermoset resin systems. This role combines deep industry knowledge, commercial leadership, partner ecosystem development, and strategic account engagement.

- Collaborate with product management to bring forward customer insights, feature priorities, and industry requirements.
- Work with finance and legal to structure commercial models, proposals, and contracting frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic commercial roles.
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals and managing multi‑million dollar pipelines.
- Previous experience in the infrastructure industry will be valued.
- Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders internally and externally.
- Ability to navigate matrix organizations and work effectively with global teams.
- Willingness to extensively travel internationally.
