GLO - Logistics Sourcing Manager

Hybrid role—average 2 days per week at an HPE office.

This role manages logistics sourcing across categories worldwide, focusing on strategy, supplier development, negotiations, and quality assurance, to reduce the cost of supply and meet demand requirements.

• Lead complex supply chain categories, conducting data and industry analysis and reporting results to business executives.
• Lead an international, cross‑functional team and engage with stakeholder executives on supply chain strategy.
• Develop and utilize supply chain, business, and financial modeling tools.
• Drive supplier selection activities and supply base optimization for complex categories.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with critical suppliers, ensuring day‑to‑day operations of long‑term relationships.
• Partner with suppliers on strategic development, risk mitigation, cost management, and operational improvement.
• Identify emerging contract risk areas and negotiate custom solutions to secure acceptable outcomes.
• Advise executive‑level leaders on contract risk and strategic outcomes.

• First‑level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply‑chain functions.
• Strong background in global procurement processes and highly complex suppliers.

• Advanced analytical and business application skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Supply‑chain modeling and procurement tool development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Program management and team leadership across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in English and local language.
• Capability to draft legal contractual documents and custom contract solutions.

Annual salary: USD 105,500 – 243,000 in Texas.
