Senior AI Product Manager
Location:
Onsite – you will primarily work from an HPE office.
- Define the vision for AI‑driven initiatives and set long‑term AI strategy.
- Make build‑vs‑buy decisions and develop a product roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and developers to guide model development, evaluate algorithms, and ensure technical feasibility.
- Define training data requirements, set model performance benchmarks, and monitor data quality, bias, and accuracy.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization and data acquisition through deployment, testing, and continuous iteration based on user feedback.
- Act as the bridge between technical teams and non‑technical stakeholders, translating complex technical limitations into business impacts.
- Lead and drive the end‑to‑end strategy and operational product roadmap for one or more products.
- Define value proposition, target customer segments, and business case to bring innovative products to market.
- Synthesize market requirements into marketing/customer details and advise stakeholders on portfolio strategy across all lifecycle phases.
- Create and drive goal alignment and collaborate across product value‑chain partners to optimize margins and enable product success.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. - Experience:
8+ years in a related field, with deep technical understanding of relevant industry. - Skills:
Expert cross‑functional leadership, mentoring, and influence; cost‑efficient solution building; financial performance metric creation; root‑cause analysis; ability to provide product‑specific technical training.

Annual salary: USD 120,500 – 276,500 (Texas) with variable incentives may also be offered.
