Change Strategy & Enablement Lead
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) is seeking a Change Strategy & Enablement Lead to build and scale OLAA’s change leadership capability. The role will lead complex enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives, shaping strategy, driving execution, and delivering measurable adoption and outcomes.
Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end execution of HPE’s change methodology, from strategy through sustainment.
- Partner with sponsors to define outcomes, anticipate risks, and adapt plans as needed.
- Design and validate user experiences by identifying key audiences, needs, and journeys.
- Drive cross‑functional planning and execution, coordinating stakeholders and delivering integrated project plans.
- Incorporate customer and sales insights to improve adoption and results.
- Manage and influence stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving decision‑making.
- Develop high‑impact, audience‑specific materials and executive presentations.
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience in driving change leadership, deployment of major change, and change impact analysis.
- 8+ years of program management experience delivering change with quantified business outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.
- 5+ years in strategy, planning, change management, and/or M&A.
- Proven success leading cross‑functional initiatives end‑to‑end.
- Change Management Certification such as Prosci.
- Project Management Certification (PMP).
- Digital transformation experience.
- Experience leading enterprise‑wide transformation across sales, channel, and customer environments.
- High learning agility and adaptability.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- User‑centered mindset with a focus on improving experiences.
- Clear communicator able to simplify complex ideas.
- Strong project, stakeholder, and relationship‑management skills.
- Effective facilitator with strong influencing capabilities.
- Outcome‑driven with ability to define and measure success.

Annual Salary USD 135, in Massachusetts; USD 135, in California; USD 119, in New Jersey & Texas. Variable incentives may also be offered.

Eligibility- Role requires a Central Time Zone work schedule.
- Hybrid work model with expectation to work an average of 2 days per week from an HPE office.
