We're seeking current undergraduate and graduate students for summer internship opportunities. If you're pursuing a bachelor's, master's, or MBA degree in a business-related discipline and bring strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills, we want to hear from you. Areas of study may include, but are not limited to:
Accounting, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, Industrial Distribution, International Business, Management, Marketing, Operations Management, Risk Management, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Other related business disciplines.

At our company, your internship is an opportunity to make an impact while developing valuable business and leadership skills. Powered by our global scale and inspired by a high-performing team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful project work, gain real-world experience, and explore potential career paths across Exxon Mobil's business and commercial organizations. As a Business & Commercial intern, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, receive coaching and mentorship, and contribute to projects that support key business priorities.

Through hands-on experiences, you'll strengthen your professional capabilities while gaining a deeper understanding of Exxon Mobil's business and commercial operations. Assignments may provide exposure to areas such as:
Sales, Marketing, Finance, Business Development, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial Operations, Strategic Planning.

Beyond your project work, you'll have the chance to tour facilities, learn from senior leaders, and connect with experienced professionals across the organization. We also host social events that give you the chance to build relationships with your cohort, recent graduates, and leaders across Exxon Mobil. Our goal is for every intern to leave Exxon Mobil feeling valued, having gained meaningful experiences, professional growth, and lasting skills that support future success.

Program Details:
Summer internships: ~3 months. High-performing interns are prioritized for return internships and, upon graduation, full-time roles in our Early Career Foundation program.

Work Locations:
As an intern, you'll be placed at one of our locations across the United States based on business needs and available opportunities. Our business and commercial employees are predominantly located at our corporate headquarters in Spring, Texas, where most internship opportunities are based. Select opportunities may also be available in the following locations:
Baton Rouge, Louisiana;
Baytown, Texas;
Beaumont, Texas;
Joliet, Illinois;
Midland, Texas;
Mont Belvieu, Texas.
