Our client, a leading organization in the Oil and Gas industry, is seeking a Sr. Corporate Event Planner to join their team. As a Sr. Corporate Event Planner, you will be part of the Events Management Department supporting the Corporate Meetings and Executive Events team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of corporate meetings, leadership events, conferences, and special programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for business stakeholders and meeting sponsors.
- Provide proactive recommendations on meeting design, attendee experience, logistics, and event best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executives, clients, suppliers, and internal partners.
- Manage all event logistics, including venue sourcing, registration, transportation, accommodations, audiovisual production, catering, and onsite execution.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, CMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of corporate meeting and event management experience, including vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, and production & supplier management.
- Deep proficiency in Cvent, event build and registration management, attendee tracking, event communications, budgeting, reporting, mobile event technology, and onsite event operations.
- Proven experience managing complex event budgets and financial reporting.
- Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders and high-visibility meetings.
