We are a boutique-sized diversified downstream energy company with a range of assets, including petroleum refining and logistics.
Our refineries in Texas, Arkansas, and Louisiana have a combined crude capacity of 302,000 barrels per day
Our logistics business currently owns and operates
720 milesof crude and product pipelines, a 600-mile crude oil gathering system, and storage tanks and terminals.

Conducts studies and investigations to ensure compliance with government safety and health laws, standards and regulations, and industrial hygiene. Investigates accidents and promotes safety-conscious work performance and training programs. Provides safety performance measures. Determines root cause analyses.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE- 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Two (2) or more years Experience in a related field (Required)

- Serves as technical resource to Refining organization
- Performs research/assessment of regulatory requirements to determine impact on refinery operations
- Provides regulatory interpretation to refineries' health and safety staffs on application of rules, regulations, and industry practices
- Assists in the development and implementation of safety and health standards and initiatives
- Collaborates with field health and safety staffs to define standards, procedures, and processes to ensure standardization across all refineries
