Job Description Summary

The Supply Chain Networking Change Management and Readiness PM will lead change management, operational readiness, and adoption planning for Supply Chain workstream systems and business process changes.

This role will coordinate across HPE stakeholders, Supply Chain SMEs, IT, functional workstream leads, suppliers, and external partners to ensure impacted teams understand what is changing, how processes and systems will work, what actions are required, and how readiness will be measured before testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

The position is critical to protecting business continuity, reducing adoption risk, and ensuring Supply Chain stakeholders, suppliers, SMEs, partners, and support channels are ready at the same pace as the integration timeline.

Responsibilities:
  • Own Supply Chain change management and readiness execution:
Build and manage the readiness plan for Supply Chain workstream systems and business process changes, including impacted audiences, stakeholder and supplier communications, training, support materials, cutover preparation, and hypercare.
  • Validate systems and process change impacts:
Maintain the Supply Chain change impact inventory and ensure impacts are reviewed with workstream leads, SMEs, IT, business owners, suppliers, and external partners across process, system, data, role, reporting, handoff, and operating model changes.
  • Drive HPE stakeholder and supplier alignment:
Confirm impacted stakeholder groups, supplier touchpoints, audience owners, SMEs, change champions, distribution lists, supplier communication owners, and feedback channels to capture adoption risks and open questions.
  • Manage readiness deliverables:
Track 30/60/90-day MOC actions, role-based training, job aids, process documentation, readiness checklists, escalation paths, and support materials through completion.
  • Coordinate supplier-facing readiness:
Partner with Supply Chain work streams and supplier enablement teams to ensure suppliers understand relevant process changes, system touchpoints, testing expectations, cutover actions, support paths, and timing dependencies.
  • Integrate MOC into program governance:
Provide readiness status, risks, dependencies, open decisions, and escalation asks through workstream meetings, PMO reviews, readiness gates, testing checkpoints, deployment forums, and executive updates.
  • Support testing, cutover, and hypercare:
Ensure impacted users, testers, SMEs, and support teams understand new responsibilities, handoffs, controls, workarounds, triage paths, and go-live support expectations.
  • Escalate readiness risks:
Identify and elevate gaps related to SME ownership, training readiness, communications, operational support, vendor dependencies, business continuity, and customer-impacting processes.
  • Capture adoption evidence:
Track training completion, simulation outcomes, readiness results, issue remediation, feedback themes, and post-go-live adoption gaps to inform future integration waves.
  • Acts as a peer leader on a cross functional project team.
  • Owns decision-making within projects and contributes to strategic supply chain solutions to managers.
Education and Experience

Required:
  • First level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
  • Typically +6 years of experience in a supply chain function, project management, change management, supply chain transformation, systems implementation, business process change, or operational readiness.
  • Experience supporting complex cross-functional programs involving Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Operations, customer-facing teams, suppliers, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated experience managing readiness plans, change impacts, stakeholder communications, training coordination, issue tracking, risk escalation, and adoption activities.
  • Experience working in integration, transformation, process change, supplier enablement, or large-scale operational change environments.
  • PMP, change management, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent project/change leadership certification preferred.
Knowledge and

  • Strong project management skills and analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of change management, organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications planning, training readiness, adoption measurement, and reinforcement practices.
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and high-level modeling tools.
  • Very strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; mastery in English and local language.
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain business e2e processes.
  • Ability to translate complex systems and process changes into practical business impacts, readiness actions, user guidance, and executive-level updates.

Ability to influence without direct authority, drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, and maintain execution discipline in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
