The Project Manager oversees landscape construction projects from bid to completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role works closely with GCs, vendors, and field crews to keep projects running smoothly.

• Manage projects from award through completion
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and field teams
• Review plans, quantities, schedules, and budgets
• Order and track materials
• Track costs, invoices, and pay applications
• Support field crews and resolve jobsite issues

• Ability to read construction plans and specs
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and estimating software

• 2 - 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience with Stacks or Building Connected

• Occasional travel
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Primarily in-office work, but must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
