As a Traveling General Superintendent at Constructable, you will lead and mentor Field Superintendents, overseeing remote industrial construction projects in small cities across the United States. This pivotal role ensures seamless coordination between field and office operations, driving safety, quality, and efficiency across multiple job sites. • Lead and oversee field operations across multiple industrial construction projects, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and Constructable’s quality standards.
• Provide leadership, direction, and foster a collaborative, accountable, and high‑performing field team.
• Conduct performance reviews and proactively address employee relations matters in coordination with HR and leadership.
• Ensure all field employees complete required training; provide support and clarification on training content as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all field‑related challenges, working closely with Project Managers and site teams to drive timely resolutions.

• Enforce Constructable’s safety standards and protocols, collaborating with the Director of Safety and Quality to meet compliance and performance KPIs.
• Conduct regular safety and quality audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Lead by example, promoting a culture of safety and accountability on all job sites.

• Develop and maintain overall project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
• Coordinate the allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials across project sites to optimize productivity and minimize downtime.
