About Houston:
Exxon Mobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors. The campus fosters collaboration, creativity and innovation and was designed to attract, develop and retain top talent in the industry. It is located in Spring, Texas, on 385 wooded acres, near I-45 and the Hardy Toll Road, about 25 miles from downtown Houston.

What role you will play in our teamExxon Mobil is working to meet society's energy needs today, while reducing emissions and investing for a net zero future. Multimedia and visual communications play a critical role in storytelling that engages, informs and inspires how we are working to meet these societal needs. We are looking for an experienced Creative Director to join our in-house agency to produce impactful communications.
The position will be located at Exxon Mobil's corporate campus in Spring, Texas.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience as a Creative Director, with a strong background in design, marketing, motion graphics and video production. The role requires excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail and the ability to collaborate effectively. As the Creative Director, you will be responsible for all aspects of the creative process, including concept development, storyboarding, client engagement and managing a team of creative professionals.

Skills and Qualifications
- At least 15 years of experience working as a Creative Director or related position(s)
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, broadcast production, communications or similar discipline
- Ability to troubleshoot and find creative solutions
- Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines and requirements with strict quality control
- Creative leader with visual storytelling experience through multimedia
- Ability to lead a team to meet deadlines while building collaborative relationships with a large network of international colleagues, leaders and other stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills to align on project needs, creative development, resources and schedule while collaborating with multiple teams
- Experience with live events, photography, video editing, motion graphics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish is a plus
