Seeking Customer Service Advisors for High Volume for Our Quick Lane Service Drive!

As a Quick Lane Customer Service Advisor at the largest 28 Bay Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center, you will be the face of our business, providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships. This role offers the opportunity to grow your career within an award-winning organization.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers promptly and courteously
• Listening to customer needs and translating repair requirements to technicians
• Upselling additional services using high-integrity methods
• Providing accurate repair estimates
• Following up on repairs and informing customers of progress
• Selling extended warranties and reviewing repairs with customers
• Handling customer concerns and maintaining high CSI scores

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
• Excellent customer service, communication, and computer skills
• Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 18, valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Pass pre-employment checks including background, drug test, and credit report
