Wellness Associate/Spa Customer Service

Type of Position:
Part‑time, $15/hr must live in The Woodlands, Magnolia, Tomball, or Conroe area.

The Wellness Sales Associate position is responsible for membership sales, customer service, and maintenance of a clean studio environment. This person is reliable, exhibits a strong moral fiber, and possesses a positive attitude and solid work ethic.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Act as an ambassador for beem Light Sauna, promoting membership sales and programs that drive revenue.
  • Understand and communicate the science, technology, and benefits of infrared sauna, chromotherapy, red light therapy, and the value of a beem Light Sauna membership.
  • Greet members and ensure every aspect of their visit is outstanding.
  • Host studio events and community outreach programs.
  • Maintain compliance with beem Business Policies for daily site operations.
  • Contribute to a high‑energy, fun, and engaged membership culture through promotions, events, and brand recognition.
  • Model the company’s mission, vision, and values by leading by example.
  • Promote products and services, sell packages/memberships, and share promotional opportunities.
  • Manage all lead tasks required during shifts.
  • Perform light cleaning and sauna refresh between appointments.
  • Follow front‑desk systems: member check‑in, telephone inquiries (general and sales), guest registration, cash handling, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, change requests, new membership agreements, etc.
  • Provide consistent, top‑notch service and maintain the highest level of customer service in person and through external communication cycles and automated marketing systems.
  • Ensure facilities, suites, and rooms are clean, maintained, and operationally sound.
  • Demonstrate a genuine desire to help people, ensuring members’ experiences are above and beyond so that members refer others and remain brand loyal.
  • Attend all staff meetings to stay abreast of company news and share new or pertinent information, offer suggestions or ideas for promotions, management, and studio organization.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Project a favorable image of the company to promote its objectives and foster public recognition.
  • Additional projects and responsibilities may be added at the owner’s discretion, including administrative duties.
