Position Overview

As a Part‑Time Teller within PNC’s retail organization, you will be based in Spring, TX. PNC values its people as a key differentiator and focuses on delivering the best customer experience. • Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet.
• Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on alternatives for their financial needs.
• Identify banking opportunities during the customer interaction and refer as appropriate.
• Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
