Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Contract
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service in both English and Spanish.

- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, chat, or in person in both languages.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Translate and communicate information clearly between customers and internal teams.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Resolve product or service issues by identifying root causes and offering solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
This is a Contract position based out of Spring, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00–$25.00/hr.
