Minivasive Pain and Orthopedics – Call Center Representative

Minivasive Pain and Orthopedics is looking for a full‑time Call Center Representative to join our team.

The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering and transferring incoming calls, resolving patient inquiries and concerns.

• Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously.
• Direct or transfer calls to the appropriate department.
• Triage incoming phone calls.
• Respond to emails that arrive using our general office email address.
• Resolve patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions.
• Process patient payments and collect co‑payments.
• Adhere to all HIPAA regulations and company policies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to answer high volume of calls professionally and courteously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of ECW or other EMR systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, ability to correspond with company departments to assist callers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
