We are a growing pediatric dental practice in Spring, TX looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator who is friendly, polished, organized, and great with parents and children.

This is an important role — you are the first impression of our practice.

We are seeking someone who takes pride in communication, accuracy, and delivering an outstanding patient experience.

• Greet children and families with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones clearly and confidently
• Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently
• Check patients in and out, verify insurance, and collect payments
• Communicate clearly with parents about treatment plans, balances, and policies
• Keep the front desk and lobby organized and welcoming
• Support the team with administrative tasks
• Ensure every family has a positive, smooth experience from start to finish

• Friendly, articulate, and polished in communication
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Professional in appearance and tone
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed
• 3+ Experience in dental or medical front office is required
