Dental Laboratory Waxer & Finisher Technician | Denture Technician

We are seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory Waxer & Finisher Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for the waxing, processing, finishing, and repair of dental prosthetics , with a primary focus on dentures.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience in a denture laboratory , strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the artistic and technical skills necessary to produce high‑quality dental prosthetics.

• Perform denture processing according to established laboratory procedures and quality standards.
• Complete accurate denture wax-ups .
• Perform festooning and carving of teeth to achieve natural‑looking dental prosthetics.
• Perform rough and fine finishing of dentures and dental prosthetics.
• Complete denture repairs and relines .
• Trim and prepare denture models as needed.
• Inspect finished prosthetics for quality, accuracy, function, and aesthetics.
• Perform various dental laboratory duties to support timely completion of patient cases.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dental laboratory workspace.
• Follow established laboratory procedures and OSHA safety protocols .
• Cross‑train in other areas of the dental laboratory as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• 1 year of experience trimming and pouring denture models required.
• Previous experience as a Denture Lab Technician performing waxing and denture processing duties preferred.
• Same‑day denture experience preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with denture wax-ups, festooning, tooth carving, processing, finishing, repairs, and relines .
• Confident and comfortable working with your hands.
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong mechanical and/or artistic ability.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented dental laboratory environment .
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced dental laboratory while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Highly organized with strong time‑management skills.
• Understanding of OSHA protocols and willingness to cross‑train in all areas of the dental laboratory.
