You’ll transform ideas into thoughtful, refined, and buildable residential designs—from concept through detailed architectural drawings.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Creating high-quality residential plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings
- Producing precise drawings using AutoCAD
- Translating design concepts into functional, beautiful spaces
- Supporting permitting and construction documentation
- Collaborating closely with our design team, builders, and clients
- Managing multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail
Required:
- Strong AutoCAD experience
- Residential architectural drafting/design experience
- Understanding of residential construction and detailing
- Exceptional attention to detail and design sensibility
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Design, or a related field
- 5+ years of professional residential architectural drafting experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree
