The role involves treating acute episodic conditions in both adults and children, with responsibility for assessments and directing more serious cases to the ER.
Ideal candidates have 2-5 years post-residency experience, at least 1 year in urgent care or emergency medicine, and comfort with minor procedures, EKGs and X-rays.
