Memorial Hermann Medical Group (MHMG) is currently seeking a Board Certified | Board Eligible Primary Care Physician to assist a busy primary care practice.

The Memorial Hermann Medical Group (MHMG) at Memorial Hermann Convenient Care Center (CCC) in Greater Heights provides one-stop, highly coordinated access to an extensive array of Memorial Hermann services, all in a single location. Emphasizing access and convenience, the Memorial Hermann Convenient Care Center offers patient-focused care by delivering the right care at the right time. Our family medicine practitioners and specialists focus on precise diagnosis and up-to-date, innovate treatments.

Our Center specifically provides the Greater Heights area and surrounding communities with:

• 24-hour emergency room
• Primary care physicians
• Diagnostic laboratory
• Sports medicine & rehabilitation
• Imaging services, including mammography
• 100% Outpatient Primary Care
• All Ages
• Robust EMR System (Clinic Care 4 - Cerner)
• Diverse Payor Mix

The Memorial Hermann Medical Group healthcare team at the Convenient Care Center (CCC) located in Spring provides high-quality primary care to patients of all ages. They establish a physician-patient relationship that is built on trust and together, determine the right treatment plan. The Memorial Hermann Medical Group primary care team provides wellness and prevention services in addition to acute and chronic disease management.

They see patients for sick visits, immunizations, flu shots, and also manage chronic conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure.

Our Convenient Care Centers provide one-stop, highly coordinated access to an extensive array of Memorial Hermann services, all in a single location.
