• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the interests and needs of school-age children.
• Supervise daily activities, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students.
• Encourage positive social interactions and foster teamwork through group activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and classroom dynamics.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes learning and exploration.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and program offerings.
• Conduct regular assessments to monitor student development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current in educational practices.

• Bachelor s degree in Education or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with school-age children in an educational setting.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, energetic demeanor.
• Ability to create a fun and engaging learning environment.
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in education.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners.
