💼 What You’ll Do
🪴 Create a warm, consistent, and developmentally rich classroom.
🎨 Inspire hands-on learning through creativity, patience, and intention.
🔍 Observe and guide children through meaningful milestones.
💬 Build strong partnerships with families by sharing joyful progress.
🧩 Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth the Montessori way.
✅ Who We’re Looking For
🗓️ At least 1 year of lead teacher experience in preschool or childcare.
🧠 Strong understanding of early childhood development.
💗 Nurturing, patient, and organized by nature.
