Faithbridge Church in Spring, TX hosts a two-year Reitmeier Residency designed to catalyze ministry careers. It combines hands-on ministry at Faithbridge with seminary education and church planting experience, earning an MTS from Truett Seminary while serving in Houston-area ministry settings.
Year 1 focuses on ministry proficiency with coaching, preaching training, and seminary classes;
Year 2 embeds with a church plant four days weekly and advances leadership and church-plant initiatives.
