ACE STIPENDS (Based on Assignment)

• STAAR Tested Area Teachers (Teachers of Record for students taking a STAAR assessment):$10,000
• Interventionists:$5,000
• All Other Teachers:$2,500

Provide highly effective, data-driven instruction that accelerates student achievement in an Accelerating Campus Excellence (ACE) campus at Bailey Middle School. Teachers support the district’s school turnaround strategy by implementing rigorous instructional practices,participating in structured coaching cycles, collaborative lesson planning, and data analysis processes designed to rapidly improve student outcomes.

Teachers assigned to ACE campuses are expected todemonstratestrong instructional practice, a commitment to continuous improvement, and the ability to work within a highly collaborative, results-driven environment focused on measurable student growth and campus accountability outcomes.

All employees of Spring Independent School District are expected to act with integrity, support organizational goals, communicate in a clear and respectful manner, champion the needs of our students, and drive continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’sdegree from an accredited college or university required.

• Valid Texas teaching certificate appropriate forgrade level and/or subject area assignment required.
• ESL Certification preferred.

• Two or more years of successful classroom teaching experience

• Experience working with diverse student populations
• Bilingual fluency beneficial in some settings

Teachers selected for ACE campuses mustdemonstratestrong instructional effectiveness through one of the following pathways:

• Holds an active TIA designation (Recognized, Exemplary, or Master)
• Proficient or higher overall T-TESS evaluation rating
• Strong evaluation history with no Improvement Needed ratings

• Demonstrated student growth through TEA Value-Added Model (VAM) or comparable district student growth measures
• Proficient or higher overall T-TESS evaluation rating
• Strong evaluation history with no Improvement Needed ratings

• Fully certified educator
• Strong evaluation history with no Improvement Needed ratings
• Evidence of effective instructional practices and student growth

• Knowledge of subjects assigned and strong understanding of curriculum and instruction
• Ability to deliver rigorous, data-driven instruction aligned to state standards
• Ability to analyze and use student data to inform instruction
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with instructional coaches and colleagues
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to continuous professional learning and instructional improvement
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-expectation instructional environment focused on measurable student outcomes
