• Troubleshooting, maintenance, and operation of wind turbines.
• Tasks will be performed either on the ground or at heights.
• Attend regular on‑site safety meetings.
• Safely operate company‑assigned fleet vehicles.
• Complete and submit required paperwork (commissioning documentation, timesheets, service reports, etc.) Attend on‑the‑job training with on‑site personnel.

• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license. No DWI/DUI/OUI in the last 5 years.
• High‑School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to climb up to 300 ft. twice daily.
• Ability to travel 100%

• Basic GE fundamentals certifications mandatory
• Basic wind technician certificates (Tower Rescue, CPR, First Aid, AED, OSHA 10, Competent Climber, Confined Space, Working at Heights, NFPA 70, LOTO).
• Proven experience in GE wind turbine commissioning.
• Current certificates from major turbine manufacturers and GWO certificates highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
