Exxon Mobil s state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

The campus is located in Spring, Texas, on 385 wooded acres immediately to the west of Interstate Highway 45 (I-45), at the intersection of I-45 and the Hardy Toll Road, approximately 25 miles from the cultural vibrancy of downtown Houston.

Role drives enterprise-wide value by designing and executing supply chain coverage strategies.

This role provides expert guidance in developing and executing strategic coverage plans for supply chain across the entire oil and gas value chain (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream), helping the organization navigate supply risk, market dynamics, and value optimization. This role leverages deep analytical capabilities, commercial development and cross-functional collaboration to inform sourcing decisions and support enterprise-wide strategy alignment. Success in this position requires strong strategic thinking, commercial optimization, stakeholder influence, and the ability to advise through complexity and change.

• Ensures businesses are equipped to manage supply risk, respond to market dynamics & capture maximum corporate value and scale
  • Coverage Strategy Development:
    Architect and implement data driven strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring a total cost of ownership mindset
  • Commercial & Financial Optimization:
    Leverage internal & external intelligence, data & tools to develop insights and plans to capture and maximize businesses value
  • Market Intelligence & Risk:
    Assess global supply markets, supplier capabilities & geopolitical factors to identify risks & opportunities
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure strategic cohesion & clear compelling recommendations to senior leadership
  • Leverages Exxon Mobil scale and expertise to create new and disrupt traditional supply systems that generate structural cross-company value
