Submer enables organizations scaling AI to overcome the limits of traditional datacenters across power, compute density and efficiency.

We design and deliver scalable, high-density AI datacenter infrastructure built around industry-leading liquid cooling, supporting everything from early AI deployments to full-scale production environments.

Acting as a full-stack delivery partner, Submer provides advisory, design, build and IT integration through a single point of accountability, working with a deep ecosystem of technology specialists. This end-to-end approach accelerates time-to-AI while reducing operational cost, complexity and environmental impact. The result is AI infrastructure that performs today, scales predictably and avoids the redesigns and inefficiencies slowing the market down.

What

impact you will have

You will be part of the Product Sales & Marketing Team and own the end-to-end delivery of new Modular Power POD products and major releases
, from approved concept to industrialization and launch. The Modular Power POD is a standard, off‑the‑shelf containerized solution integrating power and cooling (container, power transformer, RMU, UPS, CRAC/CRAH, batteries, power cabinets, and optional chillers).

Working in close partnership with Product Leadership and Engineering, you will define and execute the master plan, scope, milestones, budget and resources, and ensure Modular Power POD products are delivered on time, on budget and to the required quality, performance and compliance standards.
Your work will directly enable the company’s ability to scale standard, off-the-shelf containerized power and cooling solutions for high-density AI and datacenter deployments.

What you’ll do Project planning & implementation
  • Take ownership of the approved master plan for Modular Power POD products and variants.

  • Translate product intent into executable delivery plans across engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Controls), industrialization, quality and supply chain.

  • Establish and run appropriate governance, reviews and escalation paths for the product line.

Execution & Risk Management
  • Drive day-to-day execution to ensure key milestones are met from design freeze through certification, industrialization and launch.

  • Track progress against scope, schedule and budget; manage critical paths and dependencies. (e.g. transformer supply, RMU/UPS integration, HVAC/chiller integration).

  • Identify delivery risks early and coordinate mitigations across teams and suppliers

  • Escalate major deviations and trade‑off decisions with clear impact analysis and mitigation options.

Scope, features & quality
  • Ensure agreed product scope, features and performance targets are delivered as defined by Product.

  • Manage change requests: evaluate impact on timing, cost and risk; make recommendations; document and communicate informed decisions.

  • Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Compliance and Sustainability teams to ensure prototypes and final PODs meet performance, safety, environmental and code requirements.

Budget & NRE control
  • Own the project budget and NRE envelope for Power POD development.

  • Monitor engineering effort, external design services, lab/testing, FAT/SAT costs, tooling and certification; report actuals vs budget regularly and propose corrective actions where needed.

Cross‑functional coordination
  • Coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, Controls, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Certification and Service teams.

  • Ensure clear interfaces between the Power POD and other product lines (immersion tanks, DLC, racks)

Reporting & communication
  • Provide clear, concise project status reports to leadership on milestones, risks/issues, budget status, upcoming decisions.

  • Prepare and lead product line delivery reviews and decision forums.

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders on project status and constraints

What you’ll need Experience
