About Houston

Exxon Mobil’s state‑of‑the‑art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What you will do
  • Keep the asset hierarchy, preventative maintenance schedules, and other system data inputs evergreen
  • Provide technical support and input to training development and delivery
  • Play a key role in setting direction and usage expectations/efficiency gains to be expected from CMMS or other equivalent asset management tools.
  • Serve the organization by identifying improvement opportunities in the Maintenance and Repair space – including Best Practices support, development, upgrade, implementation, spare‑part review, etc.
  • Effectively communicate M&R system principles and other best practices to constantly challenge current process and execution informed by data and integrate improvements to the process
About you
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical role
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Data/Computer Science, Engineering, or related Field.
