Location: Spring, TX
Work Model: Hybrid (Remote option available for highly experienced candidates)
Salary Range: $95,000-$105,000
Position Overview
We are seeking a Civil Structural Engineer with strong foundation design experience to support projects involving storage tanks, ASME pressure vessels, and other steel structures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in foundation engineering and the ability to coordinate across multiple project stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and analysis of shallow and deep concrete foundations for storage tanks, ASME pressure vessels, and steel structures
- Review and interpret geotechnical/soil reports and coordinate with clients and geotechnical firms
- Prepare foundation design calculations and technical specifications
- Provide field support during construction as needed
- Coordinate with sales, estimating, project management, detail designers, and foundation subcontractors
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Structural Engineering or Civil Geotechnical Engineering from an accredited institution
- Experience in civil structural engineering and/or foundation engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Strong working knowledge of ACI, ASTM, and API codes and standards
- Proven experience designing foundations for storage tanks and pressure vessels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
