Electrical Hardware Engineer – HPC/AI Platform Engineering (Early Career)

This role is onsite, with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.

• Design portions of electrical and electronic parts, subsystems, integrated circuitry, and algorithms based on established engineering principles and development technology practices.
• Develop and implement parameters and test plans for existing designs, including validation of tolerances, form/fit/function, shock and vibration, electromagnetic interference, safety, reliability, thermal generation, and system power measurements.
• Collaborate and communicate with internal and outsourced development partners on electrical hardware design and development.
• Participate as a member of a project team of electrical hardware engineers and development partners to develop reliable, cost‑effective, and high‑quality solutions for low to moderately complex products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in electrical hardware engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience or understanding of electrical design tools and software packages, including simulation, schematic, and layout design tools.
• Proficient at designing electronic components, integrated circuitry, and algorithms.
• Effective communication of design proposals and negotiation of options.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mastery required). Local language proficiency is a plus.
