Electrical Hardware Engineer – HPC/AI Platform Engineering (Early Career)
This role is onsite, with an expectation that you will primarily work from an HPE office.
Key Responsibilities- Design portions of electrical and electronic parts, subsystems, integrated circuitry, and algorithms based on established engineering principles and development technology practices.
- Develop and implement parameters and test plans for existing designs, including validation of tolerances, form/fit/function, shock and vibration, electromagnetic interference, safety, reliability, thermal generation, and system power measurements.
- Collaborate and communicate with internal and outsourced development partners on electrical hardware design and development.
- Participate as a member of a project team of electrical hardware engineers and development partners to develop reliable, cost‑effective, and high‑quality solutions for low to moderately complex products.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of experience in electrical hardware engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience or understanding of electrical design tools and software packages, including simulation, schematic, and layout design tools.
- Proficient at designing electronic components, integrated circuitry, and algorithms.
- Effective communication of design proposals and negotiation of options.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mastery required). Local language proficiency is a plus.
