Hultec in Houston, TX is seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer to own QA/QC in our rubber seal manufacturing operation. You will drive defect prevention, support ISO 9001 QMS, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to prevent defects and drive continuous improvement.
You will manage a team of 7, supervise inspections, develop personnel, and sustain continuous improvement with data-driven methods such as FMEA, DMAIC, and SPC. This is a full-time on-site role.
