Exxon Mobil in Spring, TX, is seeking a seasoned Materials Scientist to support metallurgical research and failure analysis in a busy lab. You will apply metallographic techniques (optical, SEM) and perform hardness testing, NDE, and sample preparation to characterize materials.
This role requires a B.S. or M.S. in materials science or metallurgy and at least five years’ hands-on lab experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team while following SOPs and safety rules.
