In the FC Acceleration Program you will receive best‑in‑class training with a clear path to becoming a full‑time consultant  program provides structured coaching, predictable compensation throughout the program, and the opportunity to build strong client relationships.

• Participate in a robust, formal training schedule that combines classroom instruction and branch practice.
• Work to obtain Series 7 & Series 66 licenses through structured study sessions.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients to provide comprehensive investment solutions and retirement plans.
• Engage clients through personal interactions, leveraging interpersonal communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Support the community by providing guidance and personalized financial planning in face‑to‑face settings.

• 5+ years of successful sales experience in another industry.
• Keen ability to present complex solutions or products to a sophisticated client base.
• Degree and/or other professional certifications highly preferred, but not required.
• Commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Motivated by results, takes initiative, and consistently exceeds expectations.

• Enthusiasm for learning about investment products and helping customers make informed decisions for their financial future.
• Comfortable in an energetic sales environment.
• Passion for seeing community members thrive.
• Strong interpersonal communication and relationship‑building skills.
